The Vision

This is so true in our business. Homes in need of TLC. Landscaping gone wild. A truly hideous bathroom. Many people would not see the potential. They would not see the beauty hiding beneath cracked, old linoleum, avocado green bathroom fixtures, and rotting facia boards. We do! That is the secret to our success: vision.

The first steps forward following a dream can be daunting. In fact, the first steps can be the most difficult of any journey. However once you get going, you gain momentum. The more momentum you have; the harder it is to stop.

You will always face obstacles in life. Naysayers, seemingly impossible deadlines, the voice in your own head, but you can bust through the barriers. “With God all things are possible,” (Matthew 19:26).

In the real estate investment business, you deal with so many variables: the lender, the contractor, the workers, the title company, real estate agents, city employees, neighbors, etc. The one thing that gets us going is knowing that we are shaping a house into a home for a future family. This not only blesses them, but blesses our lives as well.

It might not sound world changing, but home ownership impacts people’s lives. Bella Haven Properties seeks to change the world. Not only in our communities, but even broader into the world.
