The kitchen is the heart of a home. It is where families gather, souls and bodies are nourished, and dreams are shared. This is the most important room to the folks at Bella Haven Properties. Therefore, we update all of our kitchens with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We allow for trends, but carefully choose timeless classic design choices. We update and improve the space so that you can spend more time in the kitchen making memories with your loved ones.
Bathrooms
We cannot necessarily control how many bathrooms are in each house, but we can ensure that all the bathroom fixtures are new and/or updated. Who wants to use a toilet from the 1970’s? And yes, pink, blue and avocado green toilets still exist. Each bathroom is updated depending on its design. There is no one size fits all. However, durable tile floors are in all of our bathrooms, which stand up great in such a wet, humid area of a house. Tubs are either replaced or re-glazed. Showers are updated, too. New homeowners are confident that they are walking into a new, fresh, updated bathroom in any house sold by Bella Haven Properties.
